Poor Quality
It lasted less than 6 months with one of the handles suddenly snapping.... luckily I did not hurt myself...

dont buy these thinking they are the strong gray resistance bands like the ones from physical therapy,they are super weak and break

These are essential when you travel. Enormous number of exercises possible. At home, hung on a wall or wedged in door frame, tremendous number of exercises. Less obtrusive than a weight bench!
