OluKai Hokule'a Kia Men's Leather Sandal, Full-Grain Leather

Living in the Phoenix area, I wear flip flops all year, literally. Having had numerous styles, materials and construction methods, I wanted something that was very durable and very stylish. I will say, it did take me long time to justify in my mind what I consider to be a very high price for this sort of thing. I finally "bit the bullet" and got these. All expectations have been met, and I love the way they can work with shorts or jeans. I have since purchased 2 more in different colors, but the leather has remained a primary choice for me. I don't use them in or around the pool. Instead I have others that are impervious to water. I want to buy more OluKai, but need to watch the budget.

I really like these. I got tired of buying cheap sandals that fall apart so decided to spend a little more. These are super-comfortable and the leather looks better as it wears. [Edit June 2025] I bought these 5 years ago. I have worn the heck out of them. They are my go-to footwear in the summer. I have worn them to the beach multiple times where they have gotten soaked in salt water. They are comfortable enough to wear on walks. They are scuffed at the edges and the rubber on the soles is wearing down, but they are still solid and wearable. Really good purchase.

Great slippers for the house. Very comfortable but don't expect pillowy. They are solid with very light arch support and probably heavier from other slippers/slides that you're used to. Fits well and so far they show no wear. So far worth the price since they feel great and aren't broken. If you do use them at the beach they are slippery when wet especially the insole, so move a bit slower.

Inner side is not leather. Made in China. Not worth the price, but it's difficult to find good open sandals.

I've worn only this brand of slap for the last five years and it's either this or barefoot. Love the look, love the way they fit. Zero bad to say. Very good product and well worth the money.
