Missing pry and screwdriver tool...
Battery worked great, but the package did not include the screwdriver or pry tool Edit: They sent a refund for missing parts, much appreciated.

This battery has been great so far. I installed it in my JBL Charge 3 and it brought my speaker back to life. It fit perfectly, was easy to install, and the speaker powered on and charged normally with no issues. The battery life is really good and lasts much longer than my old battery did. I also liked that it came with a screwdriver and a prying tool, which made the replacement process a lot easier. Overall, Iโm really happy with this replacement battery. Itโs a great option if your JBL Charge 3 battery is getting old or not holding a charge anymore.

A new battery is a better choice than buying a new speaker
There are instruction videos on-line that show you how to replace the batter in a JBL Charge 3. This battery was a perfect fit and after installing it, it restored a great portable speaker. A little do-it-yourself is better than throwing out an otherwise fine product.
