These incontinence underwear fit true to size based on the "Find Your Fit" chart. I'm at the middle to upper end of the S/M size range, and the fit is perfect—secure but not tight. They’re comfortable to wear and offer excellent absorbency and odor control.That said, they’re not completely discreet under thin or smooth clothing. The fabric has a slightly nubby, textured feel, somewhat like toddler pull-on training pants, and that texture can show through more form-fitting clothes or thin fabrics. I consider that a minor tradeoff for the superior protection they provide, and just wear thicker or looser clothing when needed.They’re durable, don’t shred or separate, and work well for both daytime and overnight use. While they cost more than pads, they also don’t slip or shift, which makes them a better value when you need more reliable, stay-in-place protection—especially if you’re active or need extra peace of mind.Each box contains three packs of 16, for a total of 48. One thing to note: the underwear aren’t individually wrapped, so if you want to carry a spare in your purse or bag, it’s best to tuck it into a plastic baggie or pouch to keep it clean and discreet.

These would be great but I guess I have thicker thighs. I bought them for my postpartum care and ended up needed to try it for my prenatal care. I definitely have some junk in my trunk and while according to the chart I am a S/M, I probably should go up a size. Other than that, I can see how these would benefit me during my postpartum care and will be giving the bigger size a try.

I like that these incontinence underwear are not bulky which makes them more comfortable to wear. The elastic banding has good stretch ability which also adds to being more comfortable since the elastic didn’t cut into my skin. Like most woman I can leak some urine with running, exercising and even walking so these incontinence underwear allow me to do those activities without worrying about a smelly leak which is embarrassing. The urine is absorbed quickly and conformed into a gel which is also odor absorbing. Since they wear like underwear I don’t have to worry about a shifting pad since they wear like underwear with all around coverage holding the absorbent region in its place. These could be good for traveling when a bathroom isn’t quickly available if you’re prone to urine accidents. I cannot attest to leaks since I’m not using them for larger urine incontinence and only the annoying dribble from stress incontinence.The one thing I did not like is they can produce a wrestling sound depending on the clothes you are wearing.

Nice to have on hand for wearing at night! Gives peace of mind while sleeping! Excellent product!

This product works well for overnight elderly!

These Always Discreet Adult Overnight Disposable Underwear for Women were given a thumbs up by a senior member of our family. Apparently as we get older more human processes tend to break down over time. Our older family member sometimes experiences incontinence issues while sleeping now and has tried various options to help address them. She likes this product for particularly troublesome days, and uses others for better days. Overall, she is glad to have them on hand, and we would order more for her when she needs them again.

It doesn't say anywhere that these are scented, but they have such a strong odor (which I found disagreeable, although it's a matter of taste, of course), that I put the manufacturer's package into a kitchen garbage bag, and the odor came through the two bags and onto my hands. Also, size S was too large and leaked through the leg holes.
