The heat lingered in a pleasant way after each bite. They’re not as firm as Nuri. I’d describe them tender but not mushy. If you’re a firm fan it might push you towards the Nuri. These seem like perfect daily driver ‘dine can if you’re a fan of spice. The spices are beautiful but the sardines themselves are plump and tender so very good I didn’t know that I really liked sardines until now.
