I did a LOT of research in protein supplements before buying this. My 23 yo son uses it for working out, but I have an autoimmune disease (IBD type) which makes nutritional absorption difficult. After the last stay in hospital, the docs recommended a protein supplement (verbatim: your amino acids are a mess!) I chose AllMax because of the way the whey protein is processed. They call it CTP microfiltration-- cold temperature processed. Apparently, this yields a more bio-available form of protein, which is important for my health needs. I'm happy with is for a number of reasons. 1. PURITY- This is all whey powder...no fillers, sugars, flavors, etc. (you can always add those yourself!) 2. POTENCY- The highest number grams of protein I could find. 3. "MIXABILITY"- Drop a full scoop into 8oz. of orange juice, shake for 20 seconds, and voila! There's a bit of foam at the top, but wait 5 minutes and it dissipates. 4. TASTE- Or rather, the lack thereof. Naturally, there will never be a "completely unadulterated" way to adulterate a liquid, but this stuff comes really close. I mix it with organic milk or orange juice; my son Juicy Juice (to which I give a personal ick!) Another reviewer suggested oatmeal, and though I'm not naturally inventive, that's got me thinking of other ways, too. What a great way to have both protein and fiber without eating more. Throw in Amazon's terrific shipping and customer service and I can't imagine being more satisfied. Oh, and BTW, the doc's confirm via bloodwork that the protein powder is raising the levels of amino acids very nicely. I've never been a big meat eater, and don't typically feel like eating much now at all, so I'm thrilled to be able to take care of a day's nutritional protein intake with a couple of cups of juice. {Caveat: one must be careful to not have excessive protein intake, as this can be as dangerous as too little. If you DO eat a lot of meat, be careful. It can aggravate, or even cause, kidney and liver problems.} Isonatural does cost a bit more, but I believe it's worth it. I simply cannot imagine anyone being unhappy with it. Á santé!

Product arrived promptly. Sturdy container has measuring cup that sits within lid results no spillage. Whey is clean tasting, fluffy and mixes easily. No bloating or abdominal discomfort for the lactose intolerant. No added ingredients. Will purchase in the future.

I was buying Allmax Whey Isolate (unflavored) ISO Natural in the 2 lb container at a local supplement store. I was paying $39.95 plus tax until I saw I could get a 5 lb container from Amazon for about $69.00 with free shipping. Needless to say I ordered 2 5 lb containers. The order was supposed to take 5-7 days but I ordered it on a Saturday and had it by Tuesday. Of all the Whey Isolates I have researched this one has the most protein (28g) and only 118 calories per scoop. Good product, good price and good delivery.

Without this whey protein isolate powder I couldn’t have accomplish rock hard abs and great biceps that I watch while working out the skin stretches showing me the muscles are building. It tastes great and comes with a very nice scoop with the best seal tight rugged cover. It’s #1 in my book because I see RESULTS! Thank you Allmax!

So disappointed! Been ordering IsoNatural Unflavored for a few months. The new packaging with the new scoop under the lid, better grip on the lid, COMPLETELY soy free...love it & feel good using it. Ordered again April 2, 2018 & it arrived in the old packaging & expires July of 2018!!! This is NOT soy free & has the SHORTEST shelf life! Allmax changed their packaging & formula a long time ago, like several years! With all the 5lb containers being sold why is this one still sitting around?!?! I am not sure I can use this product...I have a VERY strict macro nutrient ratio I need to follow & this throws off that balance with the different formulation. It is not even the same formula of whey protein. So very disappointed in the vendor. Hoping the vendor can exchange before I run out of my current. No choice but to use, and have been suffering the few weeks for it. I am entering my next purchase with trepidation. Bummer that this is the only true 0/0/0 whey protein on the market or else I would venture elsewhere for a few months until I'm sure there is no more of the previous formula on the market. Update: Aug 2019 Now 4 stars. Just over a year of sticking with this company & have not had the old label show up again. I have been enjoying a spectacular product that has the fewest impurities on the market, that I can find. Still struggle with delivery to happen on guaranteed delivery day, otherwise glad I stuck by them & kept ordering. As the other comment says, it mixes super easy, no chunks with no perceived flavor (maybe a barely there milk flavor) so you can add anything to it & not have a weird altered flavor to your expected taste.

I have been using this product for a while and save a good amount of $ purchasing it from Amazon instead of in-store.I love how clean it is, and the amounts of BCAA's. I mix it with 1/2 cup Almond milk, 1 cup water, 1/2 Tbsp 100% Dutch cocoa, raw stevia, and cinnamon. It's a great snack, or addition to any meal, and recovers me great after my strength training sessions. My only dislike is the packaging; it is too bulky and wasteful for my preferences. I remove it from the container and place it in my own air tight , more efficient container. I like how thorough and easy to read that the label is, and how short the ingredient list is. It isn't always available in the unflavored option when I need it however, in that case, I use the vanilla flavor in the same product.

This arrived intact and well packed, as small as possible. It mixes well in anything and doesn't have any taste. It has a light smell if you mix it with only water (reminds me of baby formula), but I mix it with many different natural things like tiny amounts of maple syrup, honey, dash of stevia or coconut syrup. It has a very high protein level with the highest quality protein processed in the best possible way preserving the amino acids. And it has a lot of amino acids. I have to get in between 150 and 200 grams of protein a day, a LOT, and this really helps me do it with ease. Other products aren't good quality protein and with other protein supplements, I can tell I'm not getting quality protein as I get sick, weak, edema, etc. Consistent use of this (and the old Myoplex 42 gm RIP, thanks for changing formula EAS, dang it) has helped keep me healthy even better and longer than IV TPN protein supplement.

I'm pregnant so I had to stop using the regular protein and search for something with no Sucralose. So happy to have found this great product on Amazon! This is my third time ordering as I make a shake with this protein every morning. I can't really speak to the taste because I blend it with a lot of other ingredients, but I will say that I've never gotten a bad taste from it or even thought I could taste it in my shakes. It healthy, all natural and without all those chemical ingredients, so what's not to love?!?!? This giant bottle usually lasts me about 2 months using one scoop every morning. It keeps me full for up to 4-5 hours each day. Here is my shake recipe: 1 scoop protein powder, almond milk, coconut oil, peanut butter, choc syrup, flax seed meal, 1 frozen banana, 5 ice cubes and I blend using a Blendtech total blender. Delicious breakfast!
