My go-to. I’ve been buying this on. Repeat since I discovered it several years ago. The formula is smooth and moisturizing. It removes all of my stubborn makeup, even the tubular lashes. I love the way it feels on my skin, but it washes cleanly off with my regular face wash without leaving me looking like a giant grease ball. The scent is light enough that it doesn’t bother me and the value is incredible because a little goes a long way in this large tub. Highly recommend. I love this stuff.

Love it more than my previous brand of makeup remover cleaning balm. Gentle on my sensitive aging skin. Removes all traces of my foundation and mascara, And smells great. I always buy small sizes to make sure of a new product and was happy to repurchase it in the larger sizes for my 2 bathrooms and saved the rinsed out one smaller one for traveling.

This stuff is awesome. I was so tied of using oil based makeup removers with cotton pads. It felt so wasteful and also like I was ripping my lashes out rubbing it. With this your makeup melts off right away it’s amazing. It’s super easy to use in the shower or just at your sink. It doesn’t burn your eyes either. My skin feels so clean and moisturized after!

The only drawback is that the balm softens very quickly at room temperature; even with careful storage, it tends to feel a bit melty and less solid than expected, which can make scooping out the right amount slightly messy. Despite that, it still works effectively and leaves the skin feeling refreshed and not stripped, making it a solid cleansing balm overall.

This stuff is nice. I generally don't like cleansing balms, but this one does not cause any issues with my eyes. It easily gets makeup off. I'm sure I'll repurchase.

Fabulous face cleaning product. First step of double cleanse. Removes everything. Lovely soft consistency. No nasties. I love the scented Emma Hardie and Elemis but they can aggravate if skin is retinol sensitive. The plain unscented ones like Clinique and the more affordable Korean brands and Body Shop feel boring to use. This is the best of the cleansing balms.

I am so happy I splurged a little during Prime Days and got this cleansing balm! For reference, I was previously using the Plantifique papaya cleansing balm and was convinced I’d found my holy grail product…only to run out in juuuust over a month. Yikes. So, I combed the app for a cleansing balm that was a balm-to-oil texture and rinsed off clean and left your skin feeling refreshed, not stripped. After reading the reviews and consulting the Sephora app as well, I pulled the trigger and purchased the big size of this balm cleanser - and I am glad I did! It does exactly what I was looking for, rinses off in a milky, non-stripping way, and smells lovely - citrusy and slightly green. It takes off all my makeup and doesn’t sting my eyes - hallelujah! Though it is pricey, it is well worth it and I will be repurchasing when I (slowly, this time *ahem* Plantifique) run out.
