In the way of making it/roasting it, do you add a little honey or chocolate?

Jessie CHOCOLATE is a good idea, i didn't try it, this coffee is flavor rich and i really like the rich coffee aroma, honey is also great, but alas i didn't try it either. this coffee is like a wife, doesn't like any other competition in the same cup...lol.

Birds. :-) When coffee is shade grown, it attracts and keeps birds and migratory birds which act as natural "pesticides". Birds love eating insects.
