Will the rose gold strap match my Apple Watch rose gold casing?

Yes i got a replacement for my other half just measure 1st as my 1st 1 didn't fit .

Does installing or removing the strap scratch the Apple Watch?

No - it goes on and off in the same way an Apple strap is attached, I would recommend putting the watch face down on a soft non-scratch surface eg towel when replacing any strap - but this specific strap is no different than any other

Not that I’m aware of although it comes as a large strap I had to take out 4 links
