KONOLL Chef Knife, Handmade Forged 8" Professional Kitchen Knife, Carving Knife, German HC Steel with Solid Wood Handle

Professional chef saw this for $20 and was curious. It’s very weight forward and unbalanced even with the large handle. That being said it’s an amazing knife for $20 great value. full tang quality forged steel and I like the river detail and wood grip. It does serious work. I’d pay $100+ for it.

Absolutely rubbish knife, completely blunt. Total waste of money.

This knife is awesome for the price! It is decently sharp but it definitely needs to be honed to give it that razor sharp edge. The look of the knife brings it to a whole different level, for the price point it looks like a high dollar knife and the handle is really nice! If the edge gets razor sharp after I hone it I’ll update and let everyone know but the edge that’s on it is good for now.
