Is grandmother printed on the keepsake box itself or just the cardboard box it comes in ? Would like to give it to someone at my baby's daycare

Does this come with a lid? the product description says it doesn't and i wanted some clarification.

It comes as pictured with the lid shown. I gave it as a gift to a new grandmother. She was thrilled.
