I cook with this all the time. It’s fantastic!!!! Completely nonstick, and great to throw into the dishwasher without worrying about it getting ruined. Love this item!!!!

I am a pretty great home cook, so particular about cookware, and trying to minimize toxins. I LOVE these pans. I use on medium low heat AT MAX and while they do take awhile to heat up, once they do, they stay screaming hot. Even on medium low, I get a perfect sear on steak and scallops. I love the even heat distribution, the substantial weight, and they truly are non-stick. Don't use too high of heat, be patient, and prepare to be impressed! I'd recommend the middle sized pan to start. They've held up well over time and clean up.is a breeze.

We've had the Always Pan for 7 months. We wanted to love this pan, it was just the right size, the colour matched our kitchen decor, and for the first four months it was great, but it's been steadily losing its non-stick since, taking longer to clean up and food sticking regularly (especially our scrambled eggs). We're also noticing some wear on the external finish. We don't cook at high temperatures (we have an induction stovetop), and we wash the pan by hand. As a steamer and saucepan with water, it works fine, but it didn't live up to all its promises. It's certainly not worth the price (and we purchased it at a discount).
