Why did you pick this product vs others?:Quantity and vegan capsules. I got a lot of mouths to feed!Health benefits:Just like the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park, I am lysine dependent - I need these to keep me from getting canker sores. So far they have been very very reliable, except one time when I got sick... my immune system must've been low then and I did get a few. However, they didnt hurt as bad as they usually do. Other than that incident, I've had none.

I haven’t noticed significant change but I definitely will keep taking these. They dont have any tastes, easy to swallow, value for money fs. Since they are a bunch. I think its the best price tbh after research.

Helps keep cold sores at bay. I find that I develop cold sores when I run out and am waiting for a new bottle. I don’t know if it is just mental, but I think cold sores heal faster when taking.
