This tape is great and it is a nice bright white color. It also is very tacky (sticky) and does not come off during exercise. I use it mostly to tape my wrists and it provides a excellent amount of support. The only thing I do not like about this tape, and this goes for almost any white athletic tape, it is difficult to rip and I have to use scissors to make each new piece. But that would be the only negative thing about this product. Also, it arrived on time and they even put a piece of paper between the rolls in the box so they do. It stick to each other, which is nice. This is a great value and I would definitely get it again.

My son is a competitive tennis player and sometimes gets blisters on his hands. We usually put a band aid over the blister and wrap another layer of Athletic tape over it until it heals. Then we use the tape to protect the new skin for a week or two. This has been a great brand of athletic tape. It sticks well. It's easy to tear and easy to pull off when you need to. We are going to stick with this brand from now on.

Good tape, does the job. Just wasn’t as “sticky” as I wanted it to be and my wraps would start to unravel. But overall, still good tape and cheaper than many others.

I am a CrossFit athlete and I struggle to find good quality tape that will stay on during a lot of barbell cycling and highly dynamic movements. This tape is perfect - it stays on without bunching, but also comes off easily and doesn't leave a glue-ring around my fingers. It is also wide enough that I can tear it in half for smaller areas (fingers) or leave it wider for larger areas (ankles on rope climbing day). I realize most people don't get super excited about good tape, but this one is the unicorn of athletic tape for me!

I use this for my plantar fascitis when I work out. This tape is the only tape brand I will buy. Other tape brands had issues of residue, easy to tear, etc. This brand is:a. easiest to tear, can do it with one hand. very helpful as I use it on my wrist and have to tape with my right hand onlyb. has zero residue when removed, even when using a stick on sprayc. MOST IMPORTANTLY, it does not get harder to remove from the roll the closer you get to the center. All other tapes were very difficult to use the tape when getting to the end (center) of the roll. This tape is easy to spool off even at the very end of the roll.Don't waste your time with other tapes as I tested several of them. This is the best.I will also add that sometimes the very first section of tape off the roll is somewhat lighter in adhesive but it just needs pressure to stick well but then it does - So dont judge off one piece. The best part is that its easy to tear, removes cleanly and doesn't get hard to unroll at the end.

My daughter uses this to wrap her hands and wrists everyday for her J.O. Gymnastics practices and it stay one for the 4 hours of practice everyday. So I will definitely purchase more when she runs She loves it because it is so easy to tear apart doesn’t need scissors to cut it when she’s putting it on herself. Worth every cent.

This is really great for both medical purposes and for finger taping (used for BJJ and it sticks very well).Best thing is that there's not residual glue like with other brands, other than that it tears easily with the fingers so no scissors needed.Great product for a great price!

Great quality tape. Buy with confidence. Just make sure you tape over the tape, and it will remain in place. Easy to rip.

Great tape and a great price. Bought this tape to help with a recent ankle roll. It was easy to use; I made stirrup style support bandage for my ankle to help me mend without reinjuring. The tape held very well. I recommend it for sports injuries.

I always tape my feet at judo and tried this brand since I was almost out of tape and needed it quickly and this worked great.
