Just ok, Function and connecting ok

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a ceiling fan I purchased from Orientel. The fan was bought on March 10, 2025. However, on the 1st of this month, the fan stopped working entirely; the cooling fan and its remote both ceased to function. I filed a complaint 3 to 4 days ago and contacted customer care. Although I was assured that a service employee would visit, I was later told that this area (Jaipur) is not covered by your service. This is disappointing, as I reside in a good locality in Jaipur, yet no support is provided. Considering this, I question the value of buying this fan online, as a local fan would have provided a one-year warranty and reliable service. Within just a few months, this fan malfunctioned, and no resolution has been provided so far. I request you to take prompt action and address this issue at the earliest.

Writing this review after 20 days of usage the design and speed of the fan is awesome. But not it has completely stopped working also had a strange noise coming from the motor and I called the engineer from Orient and he told PCB replacement may be needed. I don't know why these BLDC fans are not reliable,so please reconsider before any purchase
