The flakes have a really good "tooth" -- they are chewy and crispy and crunchy - all three at the same time. There's a goodly number of dried blueberries and there's little crunchy bits of oats with the just the right amount of sweetness and a little sprinkling of cinnamon overall. Definitely my newest favoritest cereal - of all time even. I can't eat dairy so I've been enjoying with pineapple juice. They're pretty good with apple juice also. I'm sure they would be very tasty with almond or rice milk (I just happened to be out). I have also been enjoying them as a snack , just right out of the box when I'm craving something crunchy.
