Great Product
I was doing a difficult brew and this absolutely helped it along. After lowering the PH of cranberry juice and pitching tolerant yeast I dosed it at 1/2 the recommended level and got a nice fermentation going. After a week I threw in the other half and I'm glad I only had 4 gallons in a 5 gallon carbuoy or it would have been everywhere. This is going to last a long time.
