I found a YouTube video for use for golfers / tennis elbow. **Q: I have tennis elbow and have been using this for three days but the pain is getting worse..is this what normally happens before the elbow gets better?** A: You will feel some pain in the beginning, but itt does get better. Make sure you rest one day in between, and maybe do fewer reps until your arm gets a little more used to the exercise. I love mine, and I do believe it helped my elbow and arm get better faster. I will use it regularly to keep my arms stronger in an effort to reduce future arm strain.
