A: I am almost 55 yrs old, so I use one pump a day, helps with menopause symptoms, i.e. hot flash's, mood swings, energy.  If you are younger and just want to have a little reassurance, then a 2-5 times a week makes sense to me; but you should ask the contact people that make this stuff.  Blood tests are the best way to tell how your many hormones are doing.  I use pregnenolone, because it is a pre cursor hormone and hopefully divides up whatever is needed to the other one's,                 i.e. estrogen, testosterone and progesterone.  as well as a few others. I underproduce pregnenolone and this has been great for supplementing and balancing my steroids / hormones. I like that it is time released as it's absorbed via the derma. It has a wee bit less than 60 day supply (I use 2x/day), but $30 is about $1 per day to have a sense of peace... 🤗 I have not tried oral pregnenolone, but I have read about studies using upward of 250mg / day, building up over a 12 week period, for Autism. I may start using oral and topical to see if that is a better fit for me...
