May not be necessary, but I spray all sides with BaKleen first. I have a big flat weight that I use to flatten bacon when I cook it. I've learned to strategically place this over the mold to hold much of the edges down while pouring in the whites. With fingers I quickly try to push down on the last area that the weight doesn't cover. Once the whites set a bit and won't run out of the mold, I remove the weight and drop in each individual yellow.

These are really cute egg molds. You need to use a flat pan to get the eggs to not leak out of the mold. Make sure to spray the mold and pan, it helps. I have used large eggs and find they work well. Another tip is to separate the yolk for the white and put the yolk into the eyes last to hold. Kids love these!

Don’t be fooled by these! They are cheap and useless. I had a much nicer one that worked great (a cat) by a different and much more expensive company. I was happy to find these other animal face egg molds so inexpensive and bought them thinking they would work just like the one I already had. They cost less than the single one I already owned. HOWEVER, they are useless! I’d rather pay the extra money for a quality mold that works, than have six molds that create mutilated-looking animal faces. Buy one good mold (From a company called Fred) instead of six of these.

It said it could be used for pancakes but that was a disaster. Stuck to the mold terribly. I don’t recommend. Will try for eggs

My wife wanted the owl. She gave away the other molds and has never used it.it's cute but it also may never be used.

The kids love these. They are a bit hard to get right, as removing the molds is hard without having the egg stick.

Still trying tk figure out the best way to do it as the mold is very soft.But I think it will work!

Super cute idea, need a lot of practice to get it right, if at all.
