K Chocolate Melting Wafers Bulk Perfect For Dipping, Deserts, Baking And More (2 Pound, Milk)

Well, I did read several reviews before I ordered this chocolate and I must say if you live in Phoenix, Arizona and order these in the summertime you’re probably gonna have some melting. How someone would expect that not to not be the case when it’s 120°. I have no idea but in our case, even though it was on a warm day that they arrived, we still didn’t have any issues with melting. There was a cool pack included, and all of the wafers were very well protected. These were perfect for our chocolate fountain for my daughter‘s party and it tasted great too. Great color and consistency. There was zero clumping and the fountain was a hit.Will definitely have them again.

Bought to use in a chocolate fountain. Melting was inconsistent and it didn’t flow through the machine at all. Had to cancel fountain as we couldn’t get it to work despite trying many mods to help. The texture was clumpy too and the taste was unusual. No support provided in terms of a refund. Would not recommend.

I used this to make my Dubai chocolate bars and it was SO good. I used it on a double-boiler with a little bit of butter in order to ensure a good snap in chocolate. As long as you melt it fully over a simmer, it won't have that gritty consistency. The quality was amazing, not too sweet.

This is great chocolate. It's easy to work with. Melts evenly. When set, it is shiny and snaps when you bite it. It tastes great too!

This is very good melting chocolate. I used for making hazelnut clusters. They melt evenly and firms up quickly. The only comment I have is that they came half melted from the heat. Not a manufacturer problem more with the shipping and handling.

Great product. Just awful it comes in melted and a pain to break up

This bag was all melted into one be blob. Tasted good, but since it was overnighted to me, expected it to be in better shape.
