Excellent refurbished laptop! I needed a new laptop for working remote as a healthcare provider offering virtual sessions to clients. This computer was super easy to get set up and works great! It was packaged very well and came out of the box looking perfect. No scratches, dents or issues at all.

Works great and a good price

I purchased this refurbished laptop with good expectations. Overall, the device works properly: acceptable performance, functional condition, and it meets basic needs. However, it has a significant physical issue that should not be present, even for a refurbished product. The screen is partially detached from the chassis, which is noticeable from the first use. This is not just a cosmetic flaw, as it raises concerns about the durability of the device and the risk of further damage when opening and closing the laptop. I understand that refurbished products may show signs of wear, but this type of structural defect should have been identified and fixed during the refurbishment process before being sold. In my case, since the product was shipped to another country, the return process is costly and impractical, making it not a viable option. In summary, the laptop works, but the refurbishment quality is disappointing. I recommend the seller improve their quality control before listing these products.

The laptop seems to work fine, the charger I received with it does not. It was faulty on day 1.

Though the first laptop I received the back lights didn't work. The return policy was very easy and went smooth. They sent a new laptop out before I had even sent the one that didn't work back. The laptop is light weight and is all around a great laptop. I didn't want to spend a bunch on a new laptop and couldn't be happier with the decision I made on getting a refurbished one.

This laptop had a Image issue that was easy to fix myself with the help of chatgpt. After I repaired windows os it worked perfectly. Also had touchscreen, illuminated keyboard, fingerprint scanner and other bells and whistles that they didnt list of the site.

Had scuffs but works great. Was able to repurpose it as a Linux machine. Meets expectations. Easy to use. Worth the money. Works as expected.

All 5 laptops that I ordered had adware installed that you cannot get passed even though seemingly it looked like the laptops were reset. Returning all of these because these are not acceptable refurbs.
