Will not sit upright if mounted on vertical bar
The mounting strap is attached to the holder in such a way that it will hold the cup or bottle upright only if the bar to which it is attached is on an incline. If attached to a vertical bar or tube, the holder will be canted so much that a plastic bottle of water will fall out. Its use is limited to a stroller or other item that has angled supports.

Good quality
I bought this for my beach chair. It sits offsetted but the piece is well made and holds my oversized water bottle securely.

Easy to use
This cup holder is very good, it’s easy to use. I clean a very large church every week and I attached it to my cart. The Velcro closure makes it easy to adjust to wherever you want to attach it.

Not good for bicycle!
This is a decently made holder but it will not stay upright on a bicycle handlebar or crossbar.
