Reliable Voltage Converter
I recently purchased this travel voltage converter for a trip from the US to Europe, and I couldn’t be happier with it! This little device Perfect converted 220V to 110V, allowing me to safely use my American electronics abroad.I used it to charge my phone, laptop, and even my hairdryer, and everything worked perfectly. The power delivery is stable, so I never worried about damaging my devices. It’s compact and lightweight.I love the thoughtful inclusion of multiple plug types (C, E/F, G, I, A) and a handy pouch to keep everything together and fits easily into my luggage without taking up much space. Highly recommend this reliable converter for any traveler!

Essential for any international traveler
I am heading overseas tonight for a month and needed a converter for my wife's hair dryers. I also have a MacBook Pro and several other devices that are multivoltage but require adapters. Initially, I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The set includes all the international adapters you could possibly need. I appreciate that the converter features three AC outlets, three USB ports, and one USB-C port. Everything is neatly packed in a mesh bag for convenience. I'm relieved that as I move from hotel to hotel, I can have a power hub to connect and charge all my devices. The only drawback is that the kit is somewhat heavy for traveling.

Bottom line: It simply doesn't work
I briefly read through the 5-star reviews for this and none of them seemed to actually test it. It simply does not work as advertised.I went on a trip to Portugal and tried using this throughout the week, between two different hotels and numerous outlets. While I didn't have a multimeter to to measure voltage, it's very apparent that it's just not functional. The main two outlets are advertised as ~110V out, but plugging anything into them typically resulted in no power. At one point, my iPad seemed to think that the device was drawing AWAY power.I did not test the blowdryer outlet, but I don't think I'll need to. This is not a functional device. A terrible value at any price, unfortunately.

One Strip, So Many Countries
One might say this is just a power strip...with multiple adapters...for complete compatibility with other countries...while using your familiar US electrical appliances. So okay, as power strips go, this one's great! To be exact, it's actually more a power block than a strip, and I like that design because it allows laying the block flat against walls. It uses a detachable standard USA 3-prong power cable, which fact inspired me replace the included basic black 4' cord with a much classier, longer, and more flexible vintage white iMac power cord. It's more aesthetically pleasing. The important point is that with this block all you need is a standard 3-prong (heavy duty) US-style cord. That multitude of included plug adapters--5 to be exact--does the rest. Each converter contains within its little white body any electronics required to activate appropriate voltage step-down circuits. The collection altogether allows this one block to tap into power from outlets all around the world. Thankfully a fabric carrying case is included to help keep the crucial components all in one place, at the ready.Ready, that is, for the appliances that might typically be carried around in baggage while traveling. The single 2000W plug (16 amps) is rated for the same electric load as a standard 15A household outlet. But rated ONLY for hair dryers and irons, and coffee pots (according to the instructions)? What's the deal?? And why the crazy ON switch for that outlet? It's not convenient or wanted! Hint: the switch also activates a very quiet fan. The answer is that this button is there to limit how long the high load can be left on and to help prevent power block overheating. That should make it clear this power block is quite different from any cheap power strip that simply wires together several outlets to a single power input. Uh oh, I sense a science lesson coming on...You can skip this paragraph if you want, but I promise there's no math. With this block, input power is buffered through electronic circuits to provide any required voltage conversion along with the rated watts of power. Those internal circuit components do not allow the same long-term load-carrying capability that copper wires do. The longer and higher the electrical load, the warmer those components can get. Sources of high and constant load like a space heater would cause irreversible damage to circuit boards over an extended period. The switch prevents this. The additional bank of 2 outlets adds 200W combined capability, bringing the total rated current load of this power block to just below the 20 amp circuit capacity of most modern homes. It takes attention and planning to ensure appliances are matched to an appropriate outlet. Then there are the 4 fast-charging USB ports. Yes, only one type C port, but it's PDA-rated power and is certainly better than none. Point being that these ports are fully functional all over the world in this versatile power block. It may take me awhile to test it all over the world, but here in the US I'm sold. This is definitely a pretty cool power strip.

Options for all your electronics
WE had a trip to Europe planned that never happened. I grabbed this so we would be set for the trip. It has everything we needed for the electronics and stuff we were going to bring. It is small enough to fit in the carry-on without taking up a ton of space. It has USB plugs for each of the devices that we wanted to bring. It is just an easy thing to bring and use. It works like any other extension cord or power bank block plus it has the connections for overseas travel. It is perfect for what we needed to have for the trip. Worth the price.

Big
Great solution for international travel. Converts voltage efficiently and includes multiple outlet types and USB ports, making it convenient for various devices. A bit bulky for packing light, but the functionality compensates for it. Reliable for Europe trips.
