Thorne is the leading brand in supplements bar nun. The cleanest most trusted source of vitamins. There is no lead, no class action lawsuits and no deception in this brand what so ever. Saw a lot of comments about some vitamins being too heavy and all I have to say is I trust thorne over comments and reviews, they've earned that through data and consistency. I hope this brand never sells. Anyway, onto the actual product. I have a sensitvie stomach so I was apprehensive at first with the reviews. But, so far so good. It does change the color of your urine. I tend to quickly gauge my hydration on the color of my urine so, it makes me drink more, which is good. My only gripe so far is the constipation. Calcium and vitamin D tend to do that so yeah, just be aware of that. If you're already experiencing troubles with that issue, I would be weary. I've also only taken 1 a day as that feels sufficient enough for me and my lifestyle dictates not a lot of full meals so it works well. I wake up in a better mood, feeling more clear headed and ready to go. It's got a smell for sure. But, so far I have yet to taste it or burp it up ever. I've always eaten after a meal so maybe that helps. The price on the bottle encourages me to take these more. It's not a cheap 18$ bottle so I think it helps me be more consistent. Overall. The best brand on the market and vitamins you can actually feel.

EAT FIRST, drink a FULL class of water with the vitamins to help reduce or prevent upset stomach. This is a full multi-MINERAL vitamin that’s why the smell is strong. Most MINERAL vitamins have a strong medal and veggie smell. I have notice an uptick in my energy. I’m only a few days in with taking them, but I noticed I was able to do a little more around the house and felt like folding clothes. I may have a winner. I’m 47 with 3 kids, my youngest is 5. I do feel a difference.
