Works fine as long as you put two coats on it. Frankly, I found a gallon of basically the same stuff at home Depot over $10 cheaper for $39. This was $49 on Amazon and it's made by bear or Behr which is a brand name. It works just as well

Sprays on well, i hope it seals as well but it does not have anywhere close to a wet look. The pavers look exactly the same as they did before i sprayed them
