Q: Is this setup quit enough for a condo?

It's as loud as you striking a vinyl bag with a leather glove. The spring action doesn't make noise. The base is heavy enough after you fill it with water unless you're Ryan Garcia. You need about 4 feet around it in all directions, for it's movement and your movement around it as you're working. It will be cumbersome to move from the corner to the center of the room to do work; but it can be done, good luck.

Q: can this bag take heavy and fast hits?

Q: I received my cobra bag in yesterday but a part is missing! the pipe above the spring connected to the bag. Could I just get that part ?

It turns out that it wasn’t missing. It was actually just packed inside of another larger pipe. This bag is awesome!

Q: Can I replace the current spring with a longer one to increase the speed and bounce back? What size is the current? Recommendations on replacement?

fwiw a longer spring would make it slower, you need a shorter spring :)
