If your ears tend to get blocked by wax, this machine is definitely worth trying. At first, the instructions seem rather complicated but it’s actually quite easy to set up and operate. I had to give both ears several tanks of water to dislodge two impressive lumps of wax—and suddenly hearing became so much clearer! I progressed through the settings and it was the 'Pulse' setting that dislodged the wax.It does seem important to use ear drops for a few days before using the machine. The only criticism I have is that the waste water tank is marked ‘SEWAGE’. Ear wax can be a bore but it isn’t really that bad or dirty …

After suffering every few months with hearing loss in my left ear, due to wax buildup. I decided to purchase the KAUGIC Ear Wax Removal Kit. I am so glad i did. It is quick and easy to set up. After a single use, a sprat for 4 seconds, my hearing returned. Absolutely amazing. Please bear in mind to let the water drain from your ear for the full effect. A must buy for cleaner ears, or repeated blocked ears.

Very easy to use however didn’t remove much wax after a week on drops

Oh my god, this thing is amazing. One thing you must do is do drops at least twice a day for a week before using. Use the bicarbonate of soda ones. They worked the best. The biggest problem I had was getting the water the correct temperature, as I didn’t have a thermometer. It does have a handy blue, green, red light thing, and only use it on green sitting. I only used the very slow setting. It’s very strange at first especially if you have never had this done in the past. Doctors don’t offer this service anymore. The water doesn’t last long so you do have to refill it, but if you fill a jug at beginning it’s easier. When the water finishes, you undo the top and poor out the dirty water. If you really want to know what was in there, pour into an empty container. I so wish I had taken a photo of the gunk that came out. My hearing improved immediately.

Do not purchase this product unless you’re absolutely sure you want it. I found it noisy and uncomfortable. Because of hygiene, no returns are accepted and the process is very annoying on a loop without explaining the reason. When I spoke to Amazon customer service, the agent stated that no refunds were acceptable. He stated that it was clearly stated on the Amazon and the website. Except it is not, you need to press on returns and read the exceptions. Very poor. Purchase with care.

My son had ear infection, pus in ear after swimming in the pool. With this and clean water (not tap) , cleaned my son's ear and there are no more pus formation the next day.

I was looking for something like this, and found many options. The reason I chose this was the separate waste collection size, and the temperature protection sensor. These two options place this product above the rest. The collection cup on your face is soft and doesn't let any water spill out.

This works better than my expectations. I thought I might have a buildup of earwax, particularly in my left ear so looked for something to clean them with. On my right ear, little waxy bits came out right away but on the left it took about 4 tries and then a plug almost the size of a pencil eraser popped out... wow, instantly my hearing was better. As for the unit, it seems to be made well. It charges with USB and a charge lasts for many cycles so it won't have to be charged it constantly. It has a water temperature sensor. You must use warm water, which helps soften the wax. And there are four settings. I tried them all and they all seem to have a place. I used the pulse and the most powerful at first but would likely use a more gentle cycle for regular maintenance. Wax buildup in ears can be a real issue but going to the doctor to have them clean it out can be tedious and so how nice it is that you can do it at home with a machine like this. It's not messy at all, as the waste water gets sucked into the machine. It's very easy to use. I highly recommend this.

I purchased this product after experiencing problems with clogged ears. Sounds were almost completely muffled in one ear and the other was okay but not great. I wasn’t sure if I had a wax build up or a hearing impairment issue due to my age. I purchased a Bebird ear camera which confirmed that I had a large wax build up, completely obscuring my ear drum. I tried multiple ear wax softener products but I was not getting any results. I simply couldn’t flush it out. I could see via the camera that the ear wax was getting softer but wouldn’t actually flush out with a standard bulb. It seemed hopeless without seeking actual medical attention, which I was trying to safely avoid. I bought the Kaugic device as a last effort. I followed this process: I used Debrox for 4 days, 2 times a day, “without flushing” (just draining). After 4 days, I used the Kaugic flushing device. On the first try, nothing significant seemed to come out but after several flushes, and rotating the nozzle in my ear during the procedure, suddenly huge amounts of wax started to flush out. I was shocked. My ears were clear again. I could now see my actual unblocked ear drum in both ears for the first time. I couldn’t believe it. My hearing came back to normal completely. The key thing I learned was “nothing works after one treatment” as I see on some ear wax softener product advertisements (I tried Ear Wax Md, Debrox etc...nothing worked on its own.) I started the new process and dilligently stayed with it for 4 days, and had success. Once I cleared one ear without injury, I did the second ear with the same results. I almost gave up but the Kaugic device gave me a proper flushing tool that was not painful and actually worked. Moving forward, I will check it regularly and try to maintain it with fewer flushes. If you have heavy wax build up, don’t expect it to flush out after the first try (Unless you are lucky). Stay with it. I flushed 5 times, then rested my ear, and came back another few times but suddenly large chunks of wax flushed out and then I continued to flush a few more times until I stopped seeing wax. I was restored to normal. The Bebird camera was key as well as it allowed me to see my progress and ensure that I wasn’t stressing my ear canal.

Simple setup. Seems to work well. Results are viewable in the sewage tank section. If your issue is a simple wax build up or blockage this is a good divice to use.
