This product contain gelatin and I can’t use it so I decided to return it but there is no return policy and I couldn't bee able to return that 😔

Have used this particular hair, skin and nails supplement on and off for years. This is the one that is my favorite even though it’s not a gummy it’s so small and easy to swallow and use. I highly recommend it however, you do need to take this not on an empty stomach I think it’s because of the zinc in it. The zinc will make you a bit nauseous if you don’t have something in your stomach with this, so just take it with a bit of food and you’ll be fine but I think because of the complexity of the different vitamins and micro nutrients in the supplement it just works better than any of the ones that I’ve used in the past, it includes copper, zinc, vitamin C, and of course, biotin highly highly recommend this particular supplement

This medicine is very good because it has very good results, supporting the health of hair, skin and nails. Thanks to the help of this supplement I have been able to recover my nails and hair after giving birth.

I am generally skeptical of nutritional supplements. I have had a big problem with brittle, splitting nails. This product actually seems to work! My nails are stronger and have quit splitting. I don't notice any difference in my skin or hair, but I'm thoroughly satisfied because my nails were my problem. I recommend this product.

It seems to work quite well and has improved her hair health, the only problem is the value of purchasing it online vs. the local wallyworld. Other than the price, my wife has no issues and prefers the Nature Made name over other brands.
