I’ve used shakelogy for over 10 years just realized it’s now available on Amazon and $20 cheaper than I was paying for the Bodi subscription for the last 10 years when it was shipping from the US, it still was until I switched to Amazon subscription. HHands down the best Shake, has helped me lose 100 pounds initially back in the day. It has helped me maintain my health and weight. Nothing like it out there especially cause it has such a mix of nutrients and other super foods. Keeps all your nutrition levels in check. Check.

I have lost nearly 200 lbs but even with gastric surgery and GLP1 have plateaued on the last 50 lbs I need to lose. The doctors strongly recommend protein shakes and 100grams of protein daily, but I simply cannot stand most shakes -- icky sweet chemical taste, no matter what brand, how I froze them, blended them, choked them down, and it is really difficult to get that much protein without shakes. Shakeology at last is a shake I can enjoy daily. It tastes a little like raw brownie dough -- a little floury or chalky, so I definitely recommend a blender and not just shaking or stirring it. It does better with a bit of peanut butter or avocado, I think a smidgeon of healthy fats make it less floury. A teaspoon of instant coffee or a splash of vanilla bean paste also help, as does frozen fruit. Primarily, it is less chemically sweet tasting than other brands. It is expensive, but if you add up the cost of a month's worth of lunches or snacks and compare to roughly $3.50 a meal, it is a bargain.

I’ve been drinking shakeology since 2011 with very few breaks in between. It tastes great! Melts in the liquid of choice very well and is so easy to use daily! I mix one scoop into raw milk and blend with a banana, handful of frozen strawberries, and spinach. I add a scoop of collagen. It’s smooth and delicious! It smells like a chocolately shake and is not chalky or gritty, like so many protein shakes are. When I drink shakeology daily (or nearly daily) I find that I have increased energy, don’t get sleepy at work, and I honestly never get sick. That may not be the case for everyone but I testify that is the honest truth for me! Shakeology costs a lot but this Amazon price is excellent and considering that it’s a great meal substitute and has 30 servings, it’s an excellent value!

Wow. Healing my gut, filling if trying to eat less and overall feel better. Not super delicious but understandable if you read the ingredients. That said it still tastes ok.
