It asks about how easy these are to swallow in the ratings, but the big advantage is that this form of Vit B12 is that they don't have to be swallowed. They just quickly dissolve in your mouth and have a pleasant citrus-y flavor and you can feel it start to work immediately in your system, so they really help me get up and get going. This is the exact item I was prescribed, and the price is low enough that I can just buy them for myself. When I compared the time and energy it would take to get these again from the pharmacy, it was more than worth the cost, for me.
