How is this one different from the chi original pro 1" ceramic ionic tourmaline flat iron hair straightener?

This is dual voltage, great for traveling and you can adjust the heat temp

Is this plug large or small? (Does it cover up both outlets when plugged in)?

The plug is large. I always plug on the bottom outlet so that the top one free is needed. It will cover the bottom outlet if plugged into the top.

This is my second CHI. Never had a problem with either . Specifically bought because it is dual voltage and wouldn't have to use a converter while traveling in Europe.

Will this iron work in Europe?

This does not work in Europe, just returned from Ireland and I tried it with an adapter and it was really hot and now it doesn't work.
