The product looks good, it fits good, it is a better quality than the "plastics," but does it do a better job? Not really, I was using the basic plastics that cost around 15 to 20 and they offered the same result. I did the same workout for a week using regular plastics and then used this product. The cost is 4 times what plastics cost, but did the same job. So, if you want to look sharp in the gym, use these. If wanting a sauna suit that works and is affordable, you will be fine with the plastics.

Quick story time. For years, I’ve struggled with losing weight due to eating disorders, depression, anxiety, you know the deal... so, September 12TH marked my day 1 of my fitness journey. It’s now October 29th and I went from being 195 pounds to 180 in just the past few weeks alone. When I tell you I’ve never lost weight this quickly before, I mean it... when I go to the gym, I throw my sauna jacket on, without the pants, and get to work.. I’ve had the suit for a few months now and the product is pretty durable for the most part. There are a few holes along the elastic line where you put your hand through, but I think it’s from the first few panic attacks of me aggressively trying to get the suit off after getting stuck in it from being a lil too thicc. Anywho, if you want to lose weight in a fraction of the time, and sweat your ass off, this sauna suit is 100% the way to go.

I am 5’7 weight 155, I have purchased a medium sauna suit. Fit well, a little snug, but perfect. If you’re around my height, I would definitely purchase a medium. Going to purchase a second one because I lost the first one. Forgot it somewhere. Definitely works like a charm.
