Okay for short term use but sound quality deteriorates over a few weeks
Nice training tool that works well at first. Sound quality degrades and makes the product unusable after a couple of weeks.

Works with Yealink t48s
We had a hard time finding a splitter that word work for training purposes. This one was perfect and worked with our t48s Yealink phones.

Too unreliable to use...
I have been training for a new job and they only provide wired headsets for splitting. Unfortunately this wasn't what I was looking for. It was extremely intermittent. Sometimes I couldn't hear but my trainer could. Sometimes only my trainer could be heard but not me. And so on and so forth. It worked great for 2 days then suddenly became too unreliable to use. Disappointing 😞.

Good, basic product
This does the job as described and is good quality material how ever is light so if using for large scale call centers it would be good to purchase back ups incase of wear and tear. The mute buttons work as descibed and the sound is clear.
