I feel that the packaging (the lotion bottle) was not really appropriate for the formula due to the very thick, almost clay-like, texture of the product. It was very, very difficult to get any amount of product out - this type of formula should be a in a pot or something similair, where you can dip your hands in. So, yea, battling a bottle for some moisturiser isn't exactly what I'm looking for in a product.
