Quest Overload Sundae Funday Protein Bars, 20g Protein, 12 Count Box, 63g Each

Gluten Free. 20 g of protein, 4 net carbs, 1 g of sugar, and so much flavor. As some one who can't eat gluten I always have a protein bar in my bag for when I'm out and can't eat what others are and these are one of my favorite. Definetely not a boring protein bar. They have a great flavor and lots of texture. I'm on my 3rd box.

These are so delicious that even my picky teenager will eat them! It’s a great way to get protein in quickly. They’re a little more expensive than I’d like, but I’ll continue to buy because of their taste. I’ve tried other flavors of Quest and this is my favorite so far. It offers different textures, which is a nice variation from the chewy bars. They arrived fresh.

Taste and texture are FANTASTIC; macros are B+. These are 210 calories for 20g protein, whereas the cookie dough bars are 190 calories for 21g. I'm impressed that the protein source are isolates and not some crummy hydrolsate or collagen. The main drawback is a whopping 9g of sugar alcohols, which is notorious for bloating and gas in most people. Normally, 5-6g is my upper limit, and I would never consider something with 9g of sugar alcohols, but I gave these a chance because I wanted something different. Indeed, they do produce the "sugar alcohol effect" afterwards, and there's no supplement to remedy that. You just kind of go through it, and so does anyone who shares your bedroom.
