Great value, simple to use, and no harsh chemicals. Many of the other Nova brands claim no harsh chemicals - then they come and the label has strong peroxides or bleaches. This one is the real deal - all natural + salicic acid. Doesn't irritate my skin or damage my hair like the other brands do. It also does a great job of a more natural looking color. If you leave it on longer, you'll get full, single-color results. Leaving it on for a out 15 mins for my beard results in a nice varied brown with hints of lighter brown and a touch of grey. Longer and it fills in. It also doesn't fade. I only have to recolor when my hair grows out.

He is excellent, dyes very well and leaves his hair soft and silky, he fulfills his function perfectly, I loved him.

I’ve been using this for about 1 year and it works good for my gray roots. So let me explain ,this shampoo has 2 pumps side by side internally I popped the top off on my before purchase so I know this is facts it’s ,bottled up in a hard black casing so you can’t see how much products inside Bailey enough for my second coverage, I do my hair every 2 weeks, the last bottle I purchased only put out the clear gel & nothing for the black I’m guessing you need both for the chemical exchange process, this is very costly for this company to be lacking what is needed,I’m not sure if I want to buy again very disappointed, couldn’t even do my hair had to order Adore Hair Color next day delivery. I need a refund or send me another one to satisfy the customer specifically when you took my money.

Llevo un tiempo usando este champú de tinte para el cabello "NOVA" y la verdad es que los resultados me han sorprendido gratamente. Es sumamente fácil de aplicar, como si fuera un champú regular, y en pocos minutos logra cubrir las canas dejando un color uniforme, natural y con buen brillo.

Ultimately, the dye does work and gives very good Grey coverage. With that being said, this is not an easy product to use. It comes in a very elegant opaque container, but a transparent squeeze bottle would serve the purpose so much better. Instructions say to shake the bottle well. The product comes out of the bottle as a clear gel and a dark gel. They’re not mixed together ,they are separated. The problem is there’s very little of the dark gel that comes out. It’s mostly the clear gel which will not dye your hair. I timed myself shaking it for five full minutes and it barely produced any dark gel. I pumped it into a small tray that I had to mix it and apply it to my hair. Application is messy to say the least. Also, although I am just applying to my gray roots, there is not enough to do the back of my head, only the front of my head from ear to ear across the top. It sounded like there was more product in the bottle, but I could not get it to pump out. If I decide to use this again I will need to buy two bottles just to do the roots. The product also dries out the hair significantly so I would recommend buying a heavy duty conditioner and using it whenever you shampoo following the treatment. The only reason why I purchased this was because it supposedly has only natural ingredients, but the process is not your regular at home hair coloring experience. One last thing it does stain sinks doors, etc. and the stain does not come out. Use very cautiously. Suggestions to the manufacture: ditch the fancy bottle, use a transparent squeeze bottle with a pointed tip and put more product in it.

My husband has tried many, and has irritation on his sensitive skin, or it looks really unnatural. He's bought this again and again. No sensitivity, looks 100% natural on him. For reference, he is Jamaican with 'soft black' afro hair, medium 'beautiful chocolate man' skin tone. (If you've seen the film White Chicks, that reference'll make sense, haha). Everyone is different, so not guaranteeing ok for all sensitivities, but relieved to find something that is kind to his. One thing I will say, is protect the area he is using! It does really stain, as most dyes do. (Our wooden sink cabinet top and bath mat really suffered from the splashes he missed when cleaning up!)

Easy to use, leaves hair soft, effective colour coverage, reasonably priced. Still assessing longevity!

Not happy at all, the pump doesn’t work, while pumping only the white mix comes out not the black mix, and I cannot send it back, that was a wast of money.
