Best fitness tracker I have tried to date.
I have tried lots of fitness trackers, the Apple Watch, the aura ring, and others. So far Whoop is my favorite, even with no wrist display. It clearly shows how heart rate, heart rate variability and sleep contributes to recovery scores and the AI integration is really great. I have been amazed that the device can tell when my body is stressed from injury, and the AI advisor has actually been giving spot on advice about rehab and recovery (that aligns with my PT. It suggests workouts based on your preferences and body readiness. I have really enjoyed it.

Doesn't work, doesn't charge, and doesn't pair.
The product doesn't work in any way. It will not charge. It will not pair. It doesn't do anything. I've spent 4 hours on this POS. I read everything on the website, all the AI suggestions, and watched about 15 YouTube videos. Used 8 different power sources (they all work for my other devices). WHOOP has no live customer support. You're sent back to the website, AI, or email. From the community support pages, it appears that they don't actually help you with anything, it's a support community for customers only. Lots of complaints about the company and poor "customer service." Even Amazon sends me back to WHOOP when I try to return it. The last suggestion I received was to purchase a new charger. Really?!?! And what if the problem is the watch itself (because there are zero lights on the watch, at least the charger lights up green for 2 seconds). Am I supposed to purchase another watch too?

Good Health monitor device whoop 5.0 .
Bought whoop 5.0 one and its easy to setup. I can see some real useful data . It's comfortable to wear 24*7 . I have been using this from past 3 days and can see the sleep , activity tracking auto detecting. If you want to get full advantage of features looks like I have to use it long-term and see the results. Battery life also seems good , have used it for 4 days and battery dropped by 30% .
