Q: what are the benefits ??

Excellent source of high GOOD, healthy fat, low carb, excellent on keto. The Pili Hunters website is a better source for all pili nut varieties. My favorites are coconut oil and Himalayan pink salt, natural unsalted, Himalayan salt (only), and Turmeric/black pepper. Also the pili nut butter. Tastes almost like cake frosting, but no sugar whatsoever. Has its own natural mild sweetness. NOT CHEAP, but really really good, and Pili Hunters ships FAST!

Q: are these produced in a peant-free facility?

No idea. All I know is they were a disappointment in flavor and tasted rancid, even though they were technically within the "best by" date. I'm done with them

Q: Are Pili nuts the same thing as Ngali nuts?

Ngali, Galip, Pili - They're very closely related - all having softer seeds, very high fat content, and the about same flavor profile.
