This resistance bands I have been using for a few weeks, The resistance band has improved the explosiveness in my arms, my legs, and my waist. I have been doing boxing and MMA, and this has helped me move faster and have better agility and better balance because it works different muscles in different ways. This is very versatile. I think it could be either for boxing and you could use this for basketball, football, tennis among others. For strength training, this set has been good for me for squats and lunges which has increase my leg strength and explosion.I'm testing 5 different resistance bands that range from 25 to 50 pounds each, and the tension is 250 pounds through this piece of equipment. You will find they are adjustable, which is the best part to me, so it's almost like you have your own workout in this piece of equipment. The strap is Velcro and can last for a long time. They run comfortable and the work belt fits perfectly, and there is a lot of padding so this makes it comfortable that you would be able to wear the belt without a t-shirt under it.There are some things that could be disadvantages such as the resistance bands are not too easy to adjust them, so it takes time. And depending on height you may not have the most resistance due ti the length of the bands.They make the resistance almost even but it's a little offset.Having said that, this resistance band works for me plus it looks to be durable and does what it says to do. I would recommend to anyone this is a good. I noticed my speed increased, I have more power and my agility is double. So I gave this 4/5 stars.

Great product

Great kit for functional training, from standing to floor work, burpees, push ups, crawling work, combat training etc...

I am 172cm tall with normal body proportions. The resistance bands are way too long to give barely any resistance to my kicks. I even tried the hand bands for legs but the resistance felt weak. Otherwise quality feels really good.

Oh dear. Used for 2 months, in hours, about 14 in total before the elastic in the right 'arm' snapped or broke away from its mounting. Otherwise it worked well, but clearly not strong enough. I am not a strong person either so it was not overly stressed. Cannot recommend I'm afraid.Edit August2024. Company sent out a new set free of charge and so far with quite heavy usage nothing has broken. It certainly strengthens the core, upper back, shoulders and arms and i am impressed with the results.

Good quality product that will help enhance my training. Only downside no instructions, not hard to work out how to use, but would have been useful to have which rope went where as different lengths and include some exercise suggestions, but I'll do my own

Recently I purchased these bands because I have advanced to a better level in my training I needed to build some more speed, and I thought no better way than to have some more resistance. I saw this product on YouTube where a man shows before and after with it on and off and the results speak for themselves with my personal experience. In the bag, it comes with a belt some wrist belts and ankle belts all which you attach the bands to. Not only does it provide great resistance, but it also helps you with your form. The only drawback from this is the length of the bands, not for people with shorter arms or legs, but the band between ankles helps with kicks resistance alot. This product also comes with a durable plastic band that comes with some laces to tie it. Only thing is it kinda smells.

Really like the legs. Works well for footwork, kicks and endurance squats. Arms are tough for me so I put the cuffs midway on my forearms and that made them just right, but I have short arms (5 feet 4 inches tall)
