I keep it on hand now for when things happen to me or my pets to help them over what ever trauma they had happen to them. Loss of the people they have loved, other animals they have loved. I recommend Star of Bethlehem. It is not habit forming and doesn't interact with other supplements or drugs. I recommend this seller...product arrived timely and well packaged. The price was a good price for the product. It is easy to use...just place a few drops on your wrist or drop on tongue or mix with a liquid and drink.
