I've ordered these multiple times they are absolutely delicious love to eat them before a workout they have a nice crunch kind of reminds me of Rice Krispies in a way but chewy and light at the same time with a hint of seeds and nuts you can't go wrong. I particularly wanted something non-chocolate since I love vanilla these are perfect

Who doesn’t love a clean, organic protein bar that actually tastes good? ALOHA bars have become an absolute staple for me — so much so that I’ve even gifted them to friends and family! The Vanilla Almond Crunch flavor is one of my favorites: it’s satisfying, not overly sweet, and has a great texture with just the right amount of crunch. But all of the flavors are just delicious! I really appreciate the simple, plant-based ingredient list — no junk, no strange aftertaste, just clean nutrition. Each bar is packed with protein and makes for the perfect snack when I’m on the go, traveling, or even running late and need something quick and filling. I find these to be more affordable with clean ingredients compared to other brands. It’s also a great option post-meal when I’m craving something a little sweet but still want to stay on track nutritionally. These bars check every box: taste, quality, convenience, and clean ingredients. Highly recommend keeping a box on hand — you’ll go through them faster than you expect!

OK taste, maybe a little almond, but mostly just a nondescript blend of nuts and grains with the usual excessive sweetness. Tapioca syrup seems to be a better sweetener than most alternatives, but there isn't much research on it yet. Good blend of fats from plants and relatively low level of saturated fat.

This is a delicious bar. It can hold me for hours. They have different flavors but I did like this one first.

I was looking for a protein bar that was soy free based on this information (Soy protein may cause digestive issues, thyroid problems, and potential hormone imbalances due to its phytoestrogens and anti-nutrients like phytic acid and trypsin inhibitors. Additionally, processed soy products like soy protein isolate may contain harmful chemicals formed during processing.) and the Aloha bar fit the bill. They are a better healthy choice for me, and offer a decent taste, are made with good quality ingredients and are reasonably priced. I recently tried the Coconut Chocolate Almond flavor and find they are a bit moister than the Vanilla Almond Crunch. I will continue to purchase these bars in the future provided they remain economically sound.
