This is the Best supplement to use for menopause. I was surgically induced over 10 years ago and the struggle is REAL! This accompanied with Dr injecting hormone pellets. No more hot flashes, night sweats, more energy and lost weight that I had due to hormones!

Same stuff my doctor has at half the price. I was very pleased to find this! One a day helps keep any adverse effects from hormones away. This is great because now that I'm entering menopause and I have to fight with my body, I don't have to also be the bearded lady while I do it. I feel nearly human again.

This supplement works for me!! I use this with another supplement, Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol, and it has completely changed my life. Around 28 yrs old I started suffering from PCOS then endometriosis. I would have cysts rupture on me every other month. I have my personal reasons for not being on birth control so I felt like I had no hope for my ovaries. Until I started taking these supplements. I took these for several months with no incidents. After feeling confident in thinking the cysts were gone forever I got lazy and stopped taking these supplements for a couple months and what do you know, a cyst ruptures and I am back in the hospital with a torsion scare. I started taking these supplements again and have returned to a safe state for 6 months now with no incidents. So based off my experience of a combination of the two supplements (which my holistic doctor recommended), they work for my hormone imbalance issue 😊
