I firmly believe in Thorne products, as a clinician and as a customer. I used this to throughout my second pregnancy along with their DHA fish oil over Ritual. As a nutrition specialist, the values on this supplement meet the mark for pregnancy (vitamin D, B vitamins, iron, choline). It does require 3 capsules and in my opinion, with the fish oil, is pricey for a months supply, but I still highly recommend especially for those with nutritional concerns or history of conditions with dietary/nutrient ties.
