Why are some screens $20 more? Why are some $40 more? Will my camera still work after I replace the screen? Is it really going to take me 15 minutes? Those screws are TINY and my hands are very large. My eyesight may not even see the screws once they're on the table. Oh well, I don't want to pay $800 for a new screen when I can just buy a new macbook for $795. I thought I'd gamble the $200 and see what happens. I replaced my iphone screen and and now I no longer have the ability to use my fingerprint (I have to log in with a passcode...like a caveman), so I expected maybe a screen, maybe blurry, maybe the camera will be upside down or make me look bald or something. Well, it all worked perfectly. Even better than I read about or watched on youtube. The guy on youtube was awesome, ubergeeks, and even he had some trouble with screws, getting the wifi cables plugged in. Nothing serious, he just didn't get them on the first try. I did. I got lucky. Wow was it easy. And everything works!!! Like it was the original screen. I am so amazed, relieved, and thankful. I highly recommend this to anyone who can build an ikea bookshelf on their own.
