Use on every shower build!
Works great with red guard, aqua defense or other liquid elastomeric membranes. Straightforward and I can’t find in stores so online was the way to go. I tried buying from another seller who was sadly dealing with family issues. Anyway it’s good and I recommend for every shower build.

Works really well in conjunction with Redgard.
I got some fiberglass cloth directly from KBRS when waterproofing a shower with their system. I liked their cloth (not sure what brand they actually sell, they don't reveal that), but this cloth seems to be even better. Not so much better than I would say you should only use the Laticrete, but its a very uniform product and works very nicely in conjuntion with RedGard. When I create a barrier using fiberglass cloth and RedGard, I get a real sense of strength and impermeability. With RedGard alone, not so much. Attached photo shows my application where I covered the joints in the Wonderboard and all the screw holes. After this point, I covered 100% of the Wonderboard with RedGard alone.

Good stuff. Different from last roll I bought
***Edit*** decided to pull some up to see how well it allows the liquid membrane to permeate. I layed down a thick layer of liquid, layed the membrane and knifed it down, then added more liquid and knifed it down multiple times. The center of the membrane wasn't permeated. Then I took some of this product and put it in a container with the liquid membrane and let it soak, then went through the same procedure as listed above... same results... not permeating the center. So then I took this attempt and proceeded to layer it up to 60mil and see how well it holds up to stretch. I was able to stretch the finished product by hand and the cured, liquid membrane held up. But the cloth membrane ripped loose across the center and completely failed. This fabric is too thick and dense to allow full saturation and makes the center of the fabric the failure point. Even after leaving this stuff submerged in a bucket of liquid membrane for 2 days and knifing it down, the center does not permeate. It's good stuff but it's different than the last roll I bought a few years back. This time it's a lot thicker. It lays flatter and doesn't pocket as much underneath when applied. This definitely builds up thicker faster but it's permeability isn't as good as the previous rolls.

Easy to cut with scissors to specified lengths
Product worked well with laticrete hydro barrier. It was slightly wider an thicker than i thought it would be. It adheres well to the seems but is slightly raised. Shouldn't interfere with keeping a smooth surface for tiling. Easy to cut with scissors to specified lengths. I used approx 16 in strips and overlapped them about an inch until i covered the entire seem. Used on hardibacker board in a shower/tub alcove.

Great product
Re doing a shower floor. It had some gaps greater than 1/8". So I used the fabric with Laticrete hydro ban & it fixed all the problems. Bends & molds easily & works very well with the hydro ban. Totally water proof & spans gaps & stress points to keep cracks from occurring after tile installation .

Membrane
This tape is a part of water proofing package. I need one more to finish my job. This whole set which is Laticrete Waterproofing Membrane is the best on the market and worse every penny. Application very simple with brush and spackle and stick very well. 100% recommend for any bathroom waterproofing job.

Works great with Durock and Redguard.
I used this in combination with Durock and Redguard. Turned out great. This product seems to be the same thing as (or almost identical to) the tape used on the factory seams/finished edges of the Durock sheets. This Fabric/tape is slightly porous to Redguard, but I'd recommend applying a coat of Redguard with brush or roller under the Fabric directly on the Durock. Then place the Fabric and then apply a coat of Redguard on top.
