This is basic RO water purifier from Aquaguard. my usage was mainly with municipal water but to protect against contaminated Kaveri water (TDS wise RO was not required but from other mineral contamination and impurities), I had gone with RO purifier. Although it claims its 60% higher water recovery compared to normal RO, its actually other way, this for municipal water, it wastes 1.5 x (for 1 litre water purified, it wastes 1.5 litre water out). i got this for exchange and got it at good discount during May'26 sales for 6.9K. installation was promt and there was no over selling of anything. It already came with outside sediment filter. The TDS adjustment will cost additional 350 rupees. but im not keen on that as TDS adjustment would mean mixing the normal water with RO water to increase the TDS level. This comes with MC Tech, hence i was expecting the water to be tasting better, but this still shows TDS level of 30. which is very low. since this comes with 2 year filter life, in the long run this is supposed to be economical compared to other RO purifiers which requires every year filter change. Tap quality could have been better, it looks very flimsy and might not survive the long term usage. even i was thinking of going for same model with stainless steel tank, but price difference between plastic and stainless steel was like 4.5K, i was like for 5 litre SS tank, what kind of absurd pricing they keep. (SS tank based RO should be at maximum 1500 Rs differential)

I am delighted to have Aquaguard and the particular model which i have chosen. It was installed on time, funtions well and I am pleased with overall performance and support.

Good product so far. Have used it only a few days, so far so good. We have used an RO system from Eureka Forbes in the past as well and had a good experience. This one came in one day after ordering and was installed within 48 hrs. Good experience with installation as well.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) I'm giving 3 stars only because of the poor delivery and service experience. The product delivery was delayed by around 7–8 days beyond the expected date. After receiving the package, I also found that one item was missing from the box. A valve that fits into the filter was supposed to be provided in a pair, but only one was included. That said, the product itself is excellent and delivers satisfactory results. The quality and performance meet expectations. However, the installation technician was not very professional, which was disappointing considering the reputation of Eureka Forbes. Overall, the product is good, but the delivery, missing accessory, and installation experience need significant improvement.

We are using it for last 1 month, it is working good. Maintaining TDS level with no Noise level. Good Product.

The product is really good, but the only problem I have is, why is amazon or seller (not sure who is responsible) always forcing for the feedback. Isn't it voluntary, I got call multiple times for feedback. This is not a good practice and harrasment of customer. I am not saying one should not ask for feedback but reminding one time is fine, if I have to give feedback I will give if not I will not.

Average RO low build quality. things are packed u cant see how many filters, as they claim 9 stage. all marketting gimmicks. The ad on Amazon what written on Box & finally inside all vary. Main dhanda is to sell some accessory in double price in cash with no bill. email id in app is fake does not work. water tank cover is not properly sealed some dust or liquid if dropped on top easily go in it. Eureka Forbes has become Sadakchaap like other Thousands of AQUA***** type companies who give RO in 3000-4000. so it is same item but they cash on brand name & marketting of Nano pure. There installation person third party from any cheap available local shop will say I need this much min. pressure. where it is low they will say booster pump is needed.
