It is hot as they said
I wear it from 9am. And went to class then work. Moving a lot but it still sticks right there. It could be a bit too much heat at the beginning but it's not too bad. The good thing is it lasted really long. More than 8 hours ( for me it lasted until 7 or 8pm something ). Having been using only 2 times so I couldn't see any result yet. But hopefully it works.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Let me say the good thing is, it's very thin and Easy to apply. It is not noticeable underneath your clothing. But thats about it!!! I know everyone has a different experience with this product but I honestly don't recommend it. I used the 1st one on the 1st day and it felt hot but I was ok, nothing drastic. But on my 2nd use it was a completely different experience....I hate it. I put it on at 12pm and by 12:43pm I was noticing how hot it was getting. They say you can leave it up to 3 hrs then take it off and the heat will last up to 8hrs. but I couldn't even take 1hr with it on. I started to noticing that it was getting red while I had it on as shown in my 1st picture. (Keep in mind that it didn't do this on the 1st day) another thing, please read EVERYTHING. they state to use this one day for 8 hours and skip A-day in between each use. Thats what I did. anyway, I got scared and took it off and my skin was literally burning to the max!!! Everyone is entitle to get what they want...after all this is just a review... If you decide to get this product and this happens to you...my advice is let it cool down on its own. DO NOT apply water so your skin can cool down.....I did that and it got worst. The heat was too intense and the cold water did not help. It felt like it burned more. These pictures were taken once I took the wrap off. Luckily the burning didn't last 8hrs like it states. It only lasted about 10 minutes but it was the worst 10 minutes ever!!!!!!

Not as bad as reviews make it seem!!
I had no problems with the product. I put it on in the morning before work. I did not notice any hot sensation until I moved around and sometimes when I was sitting. I have a sit down job so if your really active at work this will be great. I didn’t have a problem taking it off. It honestly just peeled right off after I got home so I did the 8 hr recommendation. Also IT DOES NOT BURN LIKE EVERYONE EXAGGERATES ON HERE!! It just feel warm like you rubbed icy hot on your skin or something. People can really be extra lol. I was able to stick it right back on too but your not supposed to reuse. I feel like it may have decreased the bloat which is why i took a side picture. I will come back and update after i have used all the patches which is why i gave 4 stars. I bought 2 packs of 5. Hopefully Ill be back to add another star with a flatter stomach :-)
