good value, free and clear powder detergent
I switched to this detergent years ago and I can't imagine using any other. It just cleans well, leaves my clothes feeling fresh, and doesn't have any unnecessary fragrance found in other detergents that would always make me itch. Plus I think the baking soda really makes a difference with my whites. The box is recyclable and convenient to use, and it always seems to be among the more affordable detergent brands. Highly recommend arm and hammer free and clear!

Great for people with allergies
This is the only detergent that I can use. Even the other free and clear products bother my skin and my asthma. I am so grateful to have found it. I also appreciate it comes in a large cardboard box. No plastics to be recycle and none to touch the product. It has won the EPA Safer Choice award.

great product
I went to this powder after fining a laundry pod that didn't fully dissolve . We are on septic and cannot have those kind of things in the pipes! I have always trusted Arm &Hammer to clean the clothes properly

Great at cleaning clothes, and I am so glad not to be paying to ship the water that comes with liquid soaps, nor the big plastic jug that cannot be recyled! I choose this because a plumber recommended powdered soap to reduce the sticky sludge build-up in pipes that comes from the new detergent sheets, and realized it had so many other planetary benefits.
