BAHA Baja Mineral Sea Salt, Fine Grain, Unrefined, 1 lb Bag

Nice taste, bit expensive

So long story short i wanted a high-quality salt with plenty of minerals to use for electrolytes because i was going back on a low-carb diet, but also for cooking too. Now i had been hearing about a competitor for some time and never tried it, but i came across this product, the price was much, much better, and it is of a high quality also, so i thought, why not. Well as soon as it came i tried some, and i was blown away with the taste, i really do love it, and i use it on all my food, and i use it with some potassium and magnesium in water for my electrolytes. Now, having said that i will mention one thing that might make it a negative in some situations, for some people. It doesn't bother me, but others have mentioned this, but this product says it is " Fine" salt, now it is bigger than a lot of people would consider fine, and while it doesn't bother me when i use it in water for electrolytes, for some people it might be an issue. But other than that, I am a big fan. And plan on keep buying it.

This salt is not fine, is in a crunchy shape. Tastes wonderful and have read it is very healthy.

Very happy with this purchase! This is a great-quality sea salt, and I love that it is unrefined and contains naturally occurring minerals. The fine texture makes it easy to use when cooking and seasoning food. Overall, a great product, and I would definitely purchase it again!

I love it! I’ll never use regular table salt again! It’s just a great flavor all its own! Fresh. A big PLUS for its mineral content !! Important for body functions. It’s kind of hard to explain, it’s just “GOOD”! And “BETTER” for you. Darlene S.
